The Sacred Circle Pain Program is a multidisciplinary program that works to address the many factors that may contribute to the presence of ongoing pain. These factors may include sleep, stress, depression, anxiety, difficulty moving and other social factors. Our care team consists of medical providers, doctors of physical therapy and behavioral health specialists including psychology and licensed social workers. Our goal is to help our patients understand the meaning of pain, what factors influence and impact pain while collectively working toward meaningful goals through treatment of both body and mind. Through this process patients play an active role in their treatment which increases the likelihood of success in our program.

We specialize in the treatment of non-cancer related chronic or persistent pain including but not limited to:
- Musculoskeletal pain including – Spine, arm or hand, leg or foot, joint pain, unresolved post-surgical pain
- Fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue

- Chronic regional pain syndrome (CRPS)
